Harbor Access LLC opened its doors in 2017 and is actively building its client base. The firm's name is derived from the SEC's Safe Harbor Act and the investment banking service Corporate Access. Both relate to our core competencies of investor communications and investor marketing.
Jonathan Paterson and John Hartwell first met on a non-deal roadshow in the U.S. At the time, Jonathan led a Corporate Access team of an investment bank and John was an investor relations officer at a major European company. In early 2017 they both decided their extensive experience and skills would be best suited for an IR consultancy. At various investment banks, Jonathan was heavily involved in Corporate Access. He brings clients significant experience in this important area of investor relations as well as deep institutional relationships. Building and maintaining a successful Investor Relations program is no easy task. John Hartwell brings many years of hands-on corporate IR experience to Harbor Access.
Non-Deal roadshows and effective communications are simply the most effective way for investors to understand a company's equity story and for a company to maintain an optimal market valuation. Our firm's partners have significant experience in both these areas. We believe that what makes an IR program effective is experience, attention to detail and access to investors coupled with energy and a passion for investor relations.
